I work where business development, learning, programmes and technology meet. I help turn difficult challenges into plans, learning experiences and tools people can actually use.

A way of working

Start with the problem.
Not the tools.

Real work rarely arrives in tidy categories. Sometimes the answer is a better decision. Sometimes it is a learning programme, a template or a working digital system. The format follows the problem, never the other way around.

From complexity to practice

The useful result is what matters.

I start by looking at what needs to change and what people need to do differently. Then I design something that can be tested and used in real work — often by people who were not in the room when it was designed.

01 / QuestionUnderstand

Find the real constraint rather than reaching for a familiar solution.

02 / ResponseDesign

Choose the right form: plan, programme, process or practical tool.

03 / OutcomeMake usable

Help the work continue after the meeting, training or project ends.

Affordable Loans programme

5–7–9%

One example of turning a policy requirement into a practical task.

A real problem / A usable response

When a business plan became a gateway to finance.

In 2020, Ukraine introduced the Affordable Loans 5–7–9% programme. For businesses operating for less than a year, a business plan was required for accessing finance through this route.

Working with the SME Development Office team, I led the development of the learning programme, business-plan template and supporting course materials. The aim was not simply to explain planning but to help entrepreneurs prepare a document that a bank could assess.

Practical outputAssessable plan

A document entrepreneurs could prepare for the bank

Education was not the final product. It had to help someone complete a real task.

Work across contexts

Different places.
Different problems.
One useful question.

What will help people do something differently when the programme or project is over?

Methods matter. Context matters just as much. A solution becomes useful when people can make it work in their own circumstances.
What I'm building now

Good work shouldn't disappear when a project ends.

Make it useful.
Make it reusable.

I've often seen teams develop a useful approach, improve a process or create strong learning materials — only to find that knowledge scattered and hard to build upon later.

That's part of why I'm developing EduGain: a direction focused on keeping knowledge, decisions and working processes connected, using AI where it genuinely adds value.

I'm also developing focused learning experiences, including AI Proposal Writing for Ukrainian-speaking professionals.

Technology can help. But it is never the starting point.

Vilnius · Lithuania · International connections

Good conversations are a place to start.

I'm interested in meeting people working in entrepreneurship, learning, programmes, international cooperation and practical digital tools.

If our interests overlap, I'd be glad to hear what you're working on.
